Amend your username, password, and security question at any time using the portal. If any of your contact details change, you can update these here too.
Raise a repair online
Raise non-emergency repairs to your home or communal areas using the 'Raise a repair' option. Our repairs contractors will then be in contact to arrange a convenient date and time that suits you.
The 'Repairs and maintenance' area allows you to view all open repairs, or let us know if anything changes.

How do I register for myAccount?
You can register for myAccount here by entering your tenancy reference number and personal details. The email address used must match the one listed on our system. If this has changed, or you haven’t given us your email address yet, please contact us on 0800 678 1221.
I can’t remember my username/password, what do I do?
You can reset your password here or request a username reminder here.
Can I raise repair requests on myAccount?
Yes, all non-urgent repair requests can be raised on myAccount by selecting the ‘Raise a repair’ button on the homepage. To raise an emergency repair, please contact us on 0800 678 1221. You can find out more about the types of repairs and repairs responsibilities (including our new ‘repairs responsibilities tool’) by visiting our ‘Repairs to my home’ page.
Can I raise service requests on myAccount?
Yes, you can raise service requests on myAccount by visiting the ‘Raise a request’ page. You can use this page to send requests straight to the relevant team, this includes requests such as adding someone to your tenancy or reporting anti-social behaviour.
What do I do if I need more support using myAccount?
If you are using Firefox to login to myAccount please be aware Firefox stores the username and password of websites. You can visit your settings and switch this off to stop Firefox using the incorrect login.
