Our Community Hubs are spaces where everyone is welcome. They’re here for people in the area to connect, learn, and feel part of the local community, whether that’s through practical advice, activities, or just spending time in a friendly space.

At your local Community Hub, you can:
- Get support on money, wellbeing, work, and digital skills through our Better Days programme
- Take part in community-run events and workshops
- Learn something new, meet new people, and enjoy time with others
Many hubs also offer activities such as workshops, cooking classes, seasonal events, support for running a home business, plus much more depending on the local programme.
Hear from your community

“Gina has really helped me gain confidence when navigating online banking and takes time to explain things slowly and clearly, I am very grateful.” Raymond, local resident
“Over the past few months, the Better Days Hub has been a lifeline for me… it has helped me feel less alone and more able to cope.” Damien, local resident
Why hubs matter
"Our community hubs are more than just a space, they’re a place where people can connect, learn, and feel supported. They bring people together and make a real difference to lives in the area," says Louise Millington, Community Hubs Manager
Whether you want advice, to try something new, or just spend time with others, your local hub is here a welcoming space for everyone and is waiting for you.
